Shipping policy
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Yes — TART Studios currently offers shipping to Canada and Mexico. We’re exploring options to expand to additional countries in the future.
Please note: TART Studios does not collect or prepay import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are typically assessed by your local postal service or customs office upon delivery. They are not included in your order total and may need to be paid before or at the time of delivery.
We recommend reviewing your country’s import policies before placing an order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $65.
Orders shipped to Canada or Mexico do not qualify for free shipping.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each order is hand packed with care. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping transit times vary based on destination and selected method.
What do I do if my package is being returned due to an incomplete address?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please email us. We’re happy to reship your package after reshipment fees are paid by the customer.
What if my package was delivered to the wrong address?
We are not responsible for an incorrect address entered by the customer, please double-check and be sure to verify your shipping information before completing your purchase.
What if my package says it was delivered but I never received it?
We are not responsible for lost packages, this is out of our control. Please contact your local postal service or carrier to assist in locating your package or for further information regarding your package.
What if my package is lost?
We carefully package and hand off each order to the carrier. Once a shipment is accepted by a carrier, liability for loss or damage transfers to the shipping provider.
TART Studios is not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local postal service or carrier with your tracking number to file a claim if needed.
