Refund policy

Each piece from TART Studios is boldly handcrafted — designed with intention, and made in small quantities. Because of the personal nature of our process and the individuality of each design, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

That said: if something arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please reach out within 48hrs of delivery, with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. While we can’t guarantee replacements, we’ll always take the time to understand what happened and work with you to find the best possible solution.
